Large Sterling Silver Earring Backs Replacement - Locking, Hypoallergenic Post for Studs, Lifters, White Gold for Droopy Ears - 925 Silver

These earring backs work great to replace the flimsy ones that came with a pair of alexandrite earrings. They are just big enough to keep the earrings from drooping but not so big that they show from the front. They fit tightly onto the post. I highly recommend this style!

I have worn them for a good while and yet to lose a diamond. Very pleased. Re ordered my daughter some as well.

I rated these backs four stars, because I ordered silver and received gold. I buy silver or white gold, because that color looks better on me, than does gold. But, the backs were packaged in a small plastic bag and tucked inside a small, black velvet back. I tried them on, anyway and they are so comfortable. My ear lobes are thin, so I usually have to use the plastic backs, which are not pretty. So, I've ordered these backs in silver, but am keeping the gold ones, just because they are really nice!

So I bought these for very large diamond earrings that came with your typical screw backs. The earrings were too big for the little backs so I bought these backs. Awesome backs at first until I was at work and one just fell off. The butterfly wings loosen with time when you repetitively take them on and off. Ok, no big deal I just would re squeeze the butterfly back. Well today I squeezed and it bent and I can’t get my earring through. I already ruined the first set and now this was the second set and I have to buy something else. These are junk and have lasted 2 months total, and I don’t wear them daily either

These really work. My ears have very thin lobs. I have somewhat large diamond earrings and nothing I had tried would hold my earring up. Until I bought these. They work great! So happy I can now wear my earrings and them not drop down.
