While the dog fur is wet-it smells like ‘wet dog’, however, when the fur is dry it has no smell at ALL! The dog smell is gone and the fur has NO smells, good or bad. It’s amazing! I’ve tried other leave in shampoos and the scents are overwhelming. Dogs have such sensitive sense of smell, I can’t imagine how the overpowering scents smell to our pets! I love this amazing product and will continue to use it between grooms!

I just got it delivered about an hour ago and gave Charlie a quick rub down. I sprayed it on a paper towel and did his face, back and belly. He is in need of a bath big time, but with a broken foot and being in a splint that isn't possible. We are 3 weeks in and have 3 more weeks to go and let me say, he is a stinky, won't leave my side all day, dog. Just the quick go over I did helped a lot. The only down side, as others have mentioned, is that there is no scent to it at all. I am glad that it's not overly perfumey like the stuff they use at the doggie salon, but a little of the apple or honey smell would be great. Other than that, I am looking forward to giving him a good wash tomorrow.

I bathe my golden retriever once every two weeks. By the end of the second week, she starts to feel a little dirty and definitely stinks! This stuff is AMAZING! I spray it directly on her fur and then comb through it with a metal comb to make sure it is worked through evenly. It dries within a few minutes. As others have said, it is basically scent free, but I see that as a good thing! Although she isn’t perfumed when I’m done, she is completely smell-free and her fur is soft and shiny. I love Burts Bees pet products and this might just be my new favorite. Also, cleaning her head to toe only used about 1/20 of the bottle. So, this will last a while and a little goes a long way. This is a perfect product to freshen up your dog between baths.

I use this on my longhaired dog in between baths. I spray him all over and then brush it through his hair. It works great without having a strong scent. Really freshens him up! I really like being able to use it during the constant spring rainstorms we have. Since her a dachshund and being low to the ground he gets his belly and feet soaking wet sometimes when he goes outside. So to get rid of the wet mutt smell I spray him down with this since a bath would be a waste of time when he has to inevitability go back outside to go potty in the rain again later.

Well, I don't know how well it works. I spray on my stinky dog, it went from to unbearable stinky to bearable stinky. Then he immediately ran to backyard rolled in leaves, he became even dirtier. Later during his walk, he rolled along the trail several times, ( he rarely roll during his walk), he probably rolled on deer poops as he is trying to get rid if the scent of this dry shampoo. Then, he smelled horrible, I couldn't breathe when near him, I had to give him a bath. I only use this shampoo once and won't use it again.

First off, it’s very easy to use. Shake, spray, brush, towel dry. Easy. Second, it does smell pleasant, but if one reads the label it “contains” apple and honey. It doesn’t claim to smell as such. Third, this isn’t meant to replace a full bath if your dog is THAT dirty/smelly. My doggo just hasn’t been able to get a bath due to it being winter in the northeast. This did the trick for now and she’s soft & smells great!

This wet spray is great during the winter months where it just might be too cold to give your pup a regular bath. The spray is great and I also use a dog wipe as well every few days. I do use it also in my dogs steamer brush which is a plus and works well in the steamer. If you use it in a steamer brush, warm it up first if using it in the winter months your pup will be greatfull you did.

love this waterless shampoo for my pup ! it’s a good coat refresher when they are in between bathing !
