Great Sound
These speakers sound great paired with the Espresso Retro 8 in one record player by Victrola, they also look great with other mid century furniture.

Exactly what I needed
Got these to supplement my record player. The sound is amazing for such a small speaker that’s pretty affordable. I even use them to bt my podcasts etc. works great.

This sub just will not pair using Bluetooth.
I was really excited when I first bought this because I already had the M1 bookshelf speakers and was planning on buying an upgrade Bluetooth turntable. I got a Victrola Bluetooth turntable with "vinyl stream", the M1 speakers paired to it no problem, this sub on the other hand will not. So now it's an expensive little box that sits next to my record player stand and does nothing.

Outstanding Audio Performance
These bookshelf speakers deliver exceptional sound quality. The 4" woofer and 2" tweeter combine to produce clear and crisp audio with impressive depth and richness. Whether for music, movies, or gaming, these speakers excel in providing a top-tier audio experience. With 60 watts of power, these speakers can fill a room with captivating sound. Even at higher volumes, they maintain clarity and precision, offering an immersive listening experience without distortion. The build quality of the Victrola Premiere M1 speakers is commendable. While they maintain a sleek and modern design, they also feel robust and well-constructed, ensuring durability for long-term enjoyment. These speakers offer a range of connection options, including Bluetooth, RCA, and auxiliary inputs. Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, and I haven't encountered any issues with dropouts. The inclusion of various input options makes them highly adaptable to different devices and setups.✅I hope you’ve found the information and my review helpful.✅

Really good small subwoofer
The media could not be loaded. This is a really SMALL subwoofer. It is really powerful for its size. It works great with the Vitrola turntable. What it is really great is the Bluetooth, goodbye cables.

Good enough to connect with Victrola's turntable.
You are likely looking at these because you either have, or are considering buying, Victrola's T1 turntable. A couple of things right out of the gate before we talk about performance:- Often, buying a complete set of the T1 turntable and M1 speakers will save you money. I have seen the set being sold for $100 cheaper than if you ordered both the speakers and the turntable separately. So, you may want to search for the set vs. only the speakers.- The price on these seems to fluctuate on these, week to week.Having said that, at the current $200 price, you could do a lot better soundwise buying a pair of non-bluetooth Klipsch Reference speakers. If you absolutely need bluetooth on your speakers (although note that you will still need to connect these speakers together with a chord ... and connect them to a plug with a short chord!) there are likely better sounding monitors out there. However, these are basically made for the T1 turntable. Same wooden veneer ... same overall look ... designed to connect with that piece of equipmemt. These don't come with RCA cables ... and even if they did, these are basically their own setup because, as you can see from my pictures, only one of the speakers connects using RCA cables. The other speaker is basically a satellite in that it always must remain tethered to the first speaker. Don't think that you will have these speakers on opposite sides of the room from the turntable, or each other. The maximum distance each part of the system can travel from each other is about 4 - 5 feet in width. So, these speakers are basically tied to a desk, table or credenza. In contrast, raditional monitors have RCA inputs so you can put them all over the room using speaker wire.Performance wise, these do best in a small room, like an office, where the sound can bounce off the walls and fill the room. They'll be okay in larger rooms ... they get louder than I expected. I almost fell of my chair when I connected them to bluetooth not realizing the volume was all the way up. Unlike some other reviewers, I thought for their small size, the bass was beyond adequate. However, I generally favor clarity over bass ... such as with my Klipsch monitors. Some, who prefer bass call the sound bright ... I call it clear. I was also impressed with the soundstage of these, likely because you literally can't move these too far apart. Make sure they are angled in slightly so the sound meets. There is a subwoofer out on the back of one of the speakers. While not an ideal setup with the input on the speaker vs. an amp, a small subwoofer will give you some more bass/low. I don't believe Victrola makes a subwoofer but if you buy obe, don't go crazy. A 15 amp subwoofer will be fine ... don't buy 50 or 100 amp as there's no way that can be supported. The music I found the best at really taking advantage of these speakers' pluses was Spanish Guitar Music, Vivaldi classical, Frank Sinatra and Andrea Bocelli. Classic rock like The Doors, Led Zeppelin, The Who sounded fine. A little Leadbelly sounded great but Howlin' Wolf and early Rolling Stones sounded good. Rap and R&B (The Wkend, The Gake, Dr. Dre, etc.) did not sound great and I worried the heavy bass might blow a speaker out the way it was bouncing. You can take the covers off, which are held on by magnets, and even on tracks with heavy bass, there is not much vibration in the woofers. Not a great sign.Overall, it may sound like I, and so many others, are being negative towards these. For what they are, I am actually impressed. Never did I think Victrola (a company known for making $100 full record player systems with tinny sound and wobbly turntables) would be capable of producing a system this 'adult'. You are nowhere near audiophile status with it ... but for entry level to 'adult' vinyl, the sound and performance are commendable. These speakers are pretty much for those buying the matching turntable ... if you are buying these to pair with something else, you are making a mistake for the price. They look fantastic with their wooden veneer, blue lighted knob and removable grills. They perform adequate and the Bluetooth works fine. Know exactly what you are buying and you'll be happy. The connections on the T1 turntable are a bit weird and this is an easy, and instant, match. Their sound cannot really be complained about, for what the product is, but it can certainly be improved upon.
