The wood used is of very good quality. It did take some effort to assemble but once done it looked very good. The finish looks good. The height is ideal.

The HNI India IVO Home Office Desk is a high-quality, sturdy piece of furniture perfect for my home workspace. The 25mm thick engineered wood top and angular metal legs look modern and feel very durable. The only minor issue was that a couple of the table-to-leg connection brackets were missing upon delivery. However, instead of returning the entire item, I contacted the IVO company directly, and their customer support was absolutely outstanding. They replied immediately to my concern and swiftly sent the replacement brackets via courier. I want to specifically commend Yeshwant Yadav for his excellent service. He personally followed up, ensured the product was shipped and delivered promptly, and provided exceptional support throughout the process. It's rare to see this level of commitment and follow-through. A company that stands by its product and resolves issues so quickly deserves five stars. Highly recommend this desk and this company!

Great sturdy table comes with superb packaging. Neat design and easy to assemble with the Allen key and screw / washers. Fantastic cable management too with a small rack to keep the cables and extension cord. You’d never regret if you buy this product.

A premium, heavy-duty desk with a sturdy tabletop of excellent quality. It easily fits two laptops and remains completely stable without any wobbling while working. The design is simple and minimalistic, which adds to its appeal. Packaging was secure with no damages. Assembly took some effort, but overall, a great purchase at ₹6.1k during the sale with card discounts.

Very useful and worth for money steady design must buy

PRODUCT: I wanted a very simple table with no draw, nothing extra. This is it. I got the 1200mm model. But I would've gone for even lengthier table if available. The table is sturdy and strong. No wobbling at all (Some tables wobble when I type fast). Legs are firmly fixed on the floor. Table top is perfectly flat with neat finishing. Its just the table I want. I don't like draw or cross-bar for leg support. Because it restricts the movement of my revolving ergonomic chair. Also it enables right as well as left shift. SERVICE: I got the product delivered in two packages. One is steel stand and the other is wooden table-top. I could easily assemble the stand. But it was hard for me to put together the table-top. The manual showed a single piece of table-top. But my package was having four individual pieces. There was no customer care number. So I reluctantly called one of HNI's experience center in Bangalore. I expected that they would say they don't support this kind of issues - user has to fix it himself. Surprisingly they were very helpful. The listened to my problem very carefully (great thing in recent times ;) ). And suggested me to contact a person named Santhosh (a project manager). Santhosh asked me to send pictures of the pieces. After seeing it, immediately he confirmed that the table-top shipment was wrong. I said replacement from Amazon will take two weeks, so I'll return and order a different table (not one from HNI). Because this table itself took two weeks to deliver. Then Santhosh promised that he would resolve this issue. He contacted immediately the warehouse (in a conference call with me), Verified my purchase and address. And he initiated replacement shipment immediately. I got the picture of courier slip the next day morning ( I didn't ask for it). And the shipment reached me after 2 days. He called me and confirmed the reception of the right table. Every time he initiated the phone call. The delivery person waited till I fit the new table-top and check. And then took the wrong table with him. The culture of the firm is so friendly and helpful. Everyone took the ownership to resolve the problem. Their "Bias for Action" was tremendous.

As others in the site have said, the table is indeed of good quality, sturdy, very stable and a good buy for the cost. The cable management tray is quite long and positioned well. The component build quality is good. The wooden top is solid and smooth with rounded edges which is good for preventing injuries. The only downside is the assembly process which is made more difficult by lack of labelling of the parts. They have made the cross bar design different from what is shown in the manual. In my table despite all possible permutations and combinations one of the holes was a tad misaligned. A few labelling stickers in the correct parts would make a huge difference in the ease of assmebly.

I am so proud to see Indian manufacturer making such a high quality product . Just looking at the board , the frame and fit and Finnish, all out standing . Keep doing the Grat work .
