This little coffee maker exceeded my expectations. It brews a great cup of coffee. It's easy to use. I bought it for a camping trip. I wanted to try it out beforehand and I wasn't disappointed. It's light. Makes hot, delicious coffee. It doesn't take up much space. My only caution would be to make sure the top is screwed on as tight as possible because if it isn't it will leak from the lid. I don't this should hinder anyone from buying this. I'm old and my hand strength isn't what it once was. The price was comparable to some I saw on the Walmart web site. I've had trouble with things I've bought there and never received ect. I'm thinking of buying a second one in case anything ever happens to this one. That's how much I appreciate this little coffee maker. It's perfect if you live alone.

I got this yesterday, set it up today and made my first cup. It was very good! The cup fits perfectly underneath, the brew strength is moderate (the way I like it), and the cup keeps the coffee toasty for a solid half-an-hour, so each sip was a pleasure.I'm very happy I chose this model. Others were more expensive and *didn't* include the cup (even though the cup was in the marketing photo). I am traveling this summer, and this little pot will be a great addition. Some hosts might be delightful people, but they make a lousy cup of joe. I like knowing I don't have to depend on anyone else to get a nice, smooth, creamy cup in the morning. I also like being able to use my favorite brands of coffee without buying k-cups. Costs much less and doesn't add the plastic waste of k-cups.I found single-cup paper coffee pods here on Amazon for a reasonable price (Wolfgang Puck Brand, $8.66 for 18). Even better! An added convenience, and these coffee pods can go straight into composting.I'm trying to reduce my coffee consumption to 2 cups a day, so this little maker will help me do that. Really, the only negative I have is the unit itself looks a little cheap. Plack plastic. But for $22 I will not complain! The only thing I would like to add is some sort of storage bag or bin, so I can keep the maker, cup, coffee, mini moos and scoop in one place.I paid $22.99 for this coffee maker. A great buy, and I highly recommend it.

Convenient. It is small and only one button to press. I use it to make tea and I will probably use it to make hot chocolate in the winter. It only makes one cup but I don’t have to wait for the tea kettle to whistle. I put the teabag in the cup and then I have nothing to wash. I use a container with a pour spout on it to put the water in since it’s a small area.

Super fast for my one cup on the go. Light weight easy to clean. Make great coffee. And I don’t have to clean a pot at the end. Comes with a reusable filter which makes it more convenient. Love that it comes with a traveling mug. Overall great n great price. One cup on the go!!!

I have found this to be an easy one person solution to my morning coffee preparation. I use it everyday and my coffee tastes great. The coffee basket is easy to clean (I use a small rubber spatula) and wipe it dry. I never wash it with detergent. The thermos is an easy clean with a sponge on a handle. It makes the amount of 2 mugs of coffee so I am satisfied.I would definitely buy it again.Ruth Jackins

I bought this to make a quick pot of coffee in my dorm room. Once I made my first cup of coffee, I was horribly upset. I thought I could fill the water basin up with three cups of water so I didn't have to constantly pour water in it. When I plugged the machine in, it immediately started brewing out ALL OF THE WATER. That's right - the entire basin was emptied and I had to keep putting mugs under the dispenser because THE WATER KEPT COMING. Keep in mind, all I did was plug the machine in. I didn't even hit the power button! Obviously I tried hitting the power button to stop the spewing water, but that did NOTHING. I unplugged the machine as well, and the WATER KEPT COMING. HOW??? I tried it again today, and I only poured one cup of water in. Once again, the power button does not work - it just immediately starts brewing once I plugged it in. Coffee spewed EVERYWHERE. For the sake of your patience and your clean kitchen, DO NOT BUY

I needed a compact coffee maker I could throw in my luggage. In the past I've used the small coffee makers in my hotel room until a friend suggested I try brewing a plain cup of water to see if the coffee maker was clean. I almost vomited when I saw what was in my just brewed cup! So that is the reason I wanted a compact single cup coffee maker. Once I received this coffee maker I threw it in my bag and hit the road excited about getting fresh brewed coffee first thing the next morning while still in my PJs. This coffee maker is fast, compact, includes a cup, and it does a good job in making a good cup of coffee. I used ground coffee so I had a bit of coffee sediment in the bottom of my cup but that's natural with screen filters. The big negative for me was the start button. I had to push it 5 - 10 times for it to light up and start the brew cycle. I have had this coffee maker for 2 weeks and love it and will not return it in spite of the start button. My plan is to simply replace this lame start button and enjoy my coffee.

This is my fourth single-cup coffee maker and it is the first to work as it should. No after-brew dripping, reasonably quick, good cup with stainless steel interior is readily washable, good flavored coffee. I recommend it.

This single serve coffee maker is an excellent value. It does exactly what it is designed to do, preparing an excellent, piping-hot cup of coffee. My only complaint is that the opening isn't tall enough for some taller cups, but the accompanying insulated cup is just fine for around the home. If you are looking for a no-frills, minimalist coffee machine that produces great results for an unbeatable price, then I highly recommend this one.

It is really nice to stop using coffee pods and return to a good,simple coffee maker.This coffee pot has a small footprint,is very easy to use and clean.It brews a good hot cup of coffee and the thermal mug is an added bonus.I am very pleased with this personal one cup coffee machine.It certainly has been a welcome addition to my coffee routine.I highly recommend it.
