Follow directions and this chair is not difficult for one person to assemble. There was a washer missing, but luckily I had one in my jar of hardware. Looks quality and sits like quality.

Sturdy, comfortable, and classy. We've had 2 of these for our home office for months now, and they roll well on the carpet. They look great. The backrests are supportive and at JUST the right angle. One of my happiest purchases on Amazon.

We have put together plenty of items but these were definitely a challenge. One of the chairs doesn't sit even. We tried taking it apart and putting it back together hoping to adjust things a bit but it didn't work. Make sure you allow plenty of time to put these together, they are a challenge!

My dining area is quite small and I have wrestled with making a decision on new chairs for several years. Wanted them to be easy in and out but I was only brave enough to order two at first. As soon as the first one was assembled I ordered two more. They’re lovely and I’m sooooo happy I chose these.

The chair is very poorly designed. It was very hard to assemble even with two people because the screws angles are just wrong. That explains why the screw constantly fall out. I'm worried someone is gonna get hurt. The back support is very poor. Even I use a cushion still get no support on lower back. Completely useless chairs.

THE ROLLERS? They work but kinda junky. I replaced them with black double wheel units from Amazon. Cheap enough but they are functionally (and visually, imho) superior.The assembly process is tedious because hole location was not well controlled. Leave it LOOSE and tighten after its all together. You'll see.I find it comfortable enough to relax in after dinner and enjoy that second glass of wine and some conversation without having to run for the couch. Will it last?? Be a little gentle and be sure to keep the screws tightened BUT NOT TOO TIGHT, you'll break it.

I had some trepidation about buying chairs online, but the reviews for these were very good. I must say, I'm impressed. Having just assembled two, they present a very high level of quality. Of course they are covered in vinyl, not leather, but the value for the money is very high.Regarding assembly, follow the instructions. Two people are recommended, but I managed by myself. Each took perhaps a bit more than half an hour.The chairs are bolted together with Allen head screws, and Allen wrenches are provided. After the 1st, I realized I had a 5mm Allen head socket, which really helped. The screws that hold the legs to the seat are a little tight with some sort of blue lock tite on the ends. Do not try to prime the screws into the legs before assembly! When you try to remove the screws, they'll back out the "nuts" embedded in the wood.The instructions say to assemble and leave everything loose before assembling everything together. This means really loose! - Once all the sections are together, then gradually tighten per the final instructions.
