My hair was destroyed by living in Denver, the dry air and the super mineral rich water, which caused my hair 3A to not grow and break off. I started using this when I moved back to southeast to nurse my hair back to health and it has been tremendous. It does take about a month for it to start working, but once it does it goes gangbusters! My hair is thicker now than it has been in years and its now growing 1.5" a month, been using it for 6 months. I use this 2-3 times a week, I give me hair a good brushing to stimulate my scalp and then apply it, I let it sit for 30 mins or so before I hop in the shower and wash it out. I also pair this with Aveda's Invati shampoo which also helps to treat the scalp, these 2 are a great combo.
