Great bowls, decent size. I ordered 30 of these for a project and all of them showed up in one piece at my door.

I bought a set of two, needing to replace a neighbor's bowl that I dropped and broke. Will keep one for myself. They are a good size, weighty and not flimsy. I believe it could be well used for serving, mixing, and even for soups or pho or ramen....spaghetti, etc. Seem really durable as long as you don't drop and break them. Nice looking.

This bowl is perfect for serving a chopped salad for 6. It’s a classic design and is good quality. It is pretty heavy, though. That’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

These Dowan bowls feel premium, stack nicely, and don’t chip. Simple, modern, and super practical.

I bought the larger bowl set in June for summer salads. I've also more recently used them for pasta and noodle soup, like restaurants do when bringing out spaghetti or Udon soup, etc. I've realized I used too small bowls, which made eating more awkward and messy than necessary. These are a perfect size to use as a small mixing or serving bowl, too. These bowls have a good heft and are thick and sturdy. They're easy to wash. To be clear: I've only hand washed because I haven't had many dishes for the dishwasher and because I only had two of these so had to keep them washed and ready for use. That's about to change. Five months later, I've just ordered another set.

For party serving

I don’t know how to explain this, but these bowls are perfect. They were at an Airbnb I went to and I had to buy some for myself! Perfect width and depth! I’ll buy them again as presents for sure!
