Good doesn't begin to describe this
I'm a huge fan of lemon and key lime curds, and I just recently learned there are MORE flavors of curd out there in the world. Here in the states other flavors aren't really found or available anywhere, and even hard to find online. If you really like the tartness of key lime curd, this raspberry curd is awesome but not quite as tart. It's a little more tart than regular lemon curd, though. That's helps with the typical sweetness of raspberry products. This particular curd flavor is wonderful on English muffins, bagels, toast, pancakes, French toast, donuts (on or in as filling), layered with cream cheese or crème fraîche, or on a grilled cheese or Monte Cristo sandwich. It makes an awesome topping for cheesecake or ice cream, and a filling for layered cakes. Try it as a glaze on chicken or salmon, too. There's so many delicious ways you can use this product other than a topping on carbs. Our favorite way to have this though, is in a fluffernutter with Biscoff in place of regular peanut butter. OMG talk about next level dessert coma.

Divine Treat
I have just finished a toasted English muffin spread with Welsh Lady raspberry curd. I never even heard of raspberry curd before I saw it on Amazon; all I knew was the citrus curds, lemon, lime, and, more recently, orange. Raspberry curd--who knew? But, why not? According to the Welsh Lady label (and, yes, the product is made in Wales), one mixes raspberry and lemon juices, eggs, butter, sugar, and a (very) few other non-lethal ingredients, and EUREKA, a truly divine treat results. And, unlike some other brands of curd, Welsh Lady does not use cornstarch as a thickener, only eggs. I also enjoy WL's lime and orange curds (I have not yet tried their lemon curd), but the raspberry is my favorite. It is a perfect blend of sweet and tart, delicious on toast, scones, muffins, pound cake, probably crepes, maybe French toast. I am looking for ways to use it, besides scooping it right out the jar. I think, thinned with a little sherry, it might make a tasty dipping sauce for pork or chicken. All in all, great to have a couple of jars handy, one in the refrigerator, one in the pantry as back-up. They won't last long.

Amazing, great for cakes
I used this for filling on a layer cake. I alternated lemon and raspberry curd on thin layers of cake because I wanted a thinner and less sweet filling than frosting between layers. It was absolutely dynamite, and very easy to do if the curd is at room temperature. (Use it right after opening the jar for the first time.) For food safety because the curd contains eggs, the cake has to be refrigerated because of the curd, but it has excellent flavor when cold, too. I used the rest instead of jam on English muffins. Delish.

Tragedy
Unfortunately I did not get to try this, because the pop-up seal was compromised, and curd leaked out inside the bubble wrap, so it was unsafe to eat.

Add Delicious Flavor to So Many Treats
This is good stuff! A lot more subtle than its cousin, lemon curd, but just as tasty on scones or warm croissants. In fact, this curd adds class to a simple slice of toast and is a great addition to breakfast, desserts or impromptu appetizers.

Sweet, not highly raspberry
I used to get a raspberry curd to stir into ice cream. I can't find that brand any longer. This one is smooth, but comparable very sweet, and does not have quite the strong fruit flavor as I wanted. Doesn't add flavor to ice cream.
