3B Scientific-W15076 Eucalyptus Wood Slant Board for Controlled Stretching, 15" Length x 14" Width x 6-1/2" Height

I thought at first that it was a bit ridiculous to spend this much on a board as simple as this, but if you have experienced patellar tendinitis.....you freaking need this board. This is an injury that simply cannot heal and go away on it's own and this board has helped me recover from it. I do decline single leg squats on this and it has helped my condition tremendously. It can also help with plantar fasciitis, stretching and more. It's multi-use and has held up over the couple years I've had it. It's good quality and is able to easily hold my weight of 165. I'd recommend using this with shoes because I tend to slip off, but you could easily add tape to help you out with that if you want to use it barefoot or your feet don't sweat.

This is great for stretching but you either need to be wearing shoes or have sweaty feet otherwise you'll slide off. I usually wear a pair of rubber sole slippers.

I have been advised to do frequent calf stretches by my PT and chiropractor for heel pain. However, my knees hurt a lot when I lean against the wall, as they tell me to do. I prefer using this slant board, especially for the stretch where you have to bend at the knee. I think that being upright and allowing gravity to do its job is why it takes pressure off my knees.I am a large person and find that this slant board is sturdy and stable and worth the price. I have not had any trouble with the surface peeling. I find that leaving this board in front of a kitchen counter reminds me to use it several times a day--easy and motivating. I came back here to buy another one of these for my office, after using this at home for over a year.

AVOID!I received this product today and was very excited to use it. After removing it from the box I was very disappointed in the workmanship. Some areas hadn't been sanded, finished or fitted very well for the high $50.00price. I could have tolerated that but after feeling how smooth the blue rubber foot pad was I was worried it wouldn't work. It didn't. We are returning it immediately.I specifically bought this slant board because, unlike many other slant boards, it had a blue rubber gripper pad that appeared like it would grip and hold your feet in place as you used it. Instead the rubber is smooth, oily, slick and useless. Our feet kept sliding down the board as we attempted to use it. One of the dumbest design flaws I've seen in a product.AVOID this product until they fix the rubber and make an "improved grip" updating comment in their product description.

this is a nice and sturdy board. i use it for calf stretching, it works great, would recommend it. the height is not adjustable, it you need an adjustable board, would recommend looking for another one.

Does the job but had to re glue the blue surface as it was already coming unstuck straight out of the box . If I was to purchase again I would NOT buy and choose a different brand !

This gives an excellent stretch to the calf muscle and achilles tendon, both of which can cause planter fasciits if too tight. The quality of this slant board is excellent as is it's therapeutic value. Would recommend this product without hesitation.

What I received is not what I ordered, it is a cheaper one. The edges all around are not finished or sanded, lots of splinters. Front board is crooked. The one I bought according to the picture, has a back ledge, this one does not have it. The side panel wedge is solid the one I received is cut wedge. One thing I hate is substitute for a similar cheaper product. I will be returning it and if you do not have the one on picture sales, I do not want it. Funny that both are different but have the same code number of W15076 and you will argue that it is what I order basing it on the code number. The picture on the left of this comment is what I ordered. Please change it.THE COMPANY DOES NOT ALLOW THIS ITEM TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR WHAT I ORDERED, LIKE I HAVE TO EAT IT.
