@599/-This is good iron no doubt, but not cast iron. The shape is very fine. Dosas got spread very smoothly and fine. BUT stuck, as if applied glue. After using cast iron roti tawa and sheet iron frying pan for years, I feel this is sheet iron tawa. Dosas don't come off from sheet iron cookware. This willl be a good tawa for making rotis but not dosa. The package included 1 dosa spatula as described.

The tawa seems heavy and well made but the main thing that which we look in a good tawa is equal heat distribution which it lacks. It gets heated up fast and only the center is hot spot which makes cooking tough.

The item has curvy shape, not pure flat. And it doesn't meet expectations

Everything is good

This is not a Cast iron tawa, this is pure iron which has been used traditionally in Indian kitchens long before cast iron pans. Heat distribution is lesser than compared to a cast iron. Both the turner and the pan have some sharp edges which may smoothen out over time. Great addition to your kitchen if you are moving away from toxic non stick coated pans.

Such a good product in a cheap price. I was skeptical before buying, but followed all instructions given with the tawa and my dosas are perfect
