I finished the book in 4 days,really good book,definitely recommend❤️

I’ve read both dark empire books within a week. Truly addictive pulling you into the ways of sinners bay! Beware!

Beautiful Savage absolutely K****D IT. I laughed, I cried, I cringed. It was breathtaking at times to read of the survival of Nicoli & Winter; the heartache, abuse (physical and emotional) and exposure to some of the conditions, treatment and scenarios they have had to endure. The ongoing battle for happiness, stability and love.The story of Nicoli & Winter is the perfect instalment to follow that of Rocco & Sloan, and we’re treated to even more of the Romero’s as we dive a little deeper into their world. The relationships, as always, advance at a believable and addictive rate. Personalities and insights into characters’ lives are built well and follow nicely. There’s just something about our two fave authors that have us turning page after page, desperately trying to inhale the words and discover what lies ahead. I often imagine myself rooting for me, chanting ‘QUICKER, QUICKER, QUICKER’.If it wasn’t for that inconvenient, annoying thing called ‘work’ interrupting my reading time, I’d be living a life of pure happiness, with the rate these ladies put out their books. Caroline & Susanne have the ability to capture feelings in fewer words, straight to the point, without over-elaboration or losing the feels.Grab your tissues, get ready for twists and turns you WILL NOT see coming, and fall in love with Nicoli, Winter, the Romero’s and Sinners Bay all over again.** I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review **

This book had me laughing, crying, melting and wanting to choose violence. It will always have a place in my heart! The way this book is written is amazing and was so easy to transport myself into the book and visualise everything!Nicoli and Winter are my all time favourites. Some of the quotes I have highlighted just melt my heart. I’m looking forward to buying the paperback so I can highlight the hell out of it!

absolutely enjoyed reading this book, couldn't put it down, story was good, full of twists, written professionally, not boring, I loved it . Only thing I don't agree with when women, in this case Winter , started throwing dog bowl to Nicoli's head and hitting him with it twice !!!!I understand writers are showing that Winter is savage girl but in my opinion it's too extreme. It's disrespectful and ungrateful action towards a man who killed for her and saved her , in fact she did more then enough scratching, biting and punching to Nicoli and he never took it against her.Otherwise it's good read.❤

I loved the two leads, Nicola and Winter were great but I really don't think that the pace of the book was as quick or engaging as the first one.

Beautiful Savage is the second instalment in The Boys of Sinners Bay series. Every book follows a different couple so they can be read as a standalone but I recommend to read Beautiful Carnage first to understand Nicoli’s background, our Hero.Caroline and Susanne are both part of my one-click authors’ list and, again, they have delivered a full of feelings story. I loved the main characters, Nicoli and Winter. Seeing both growing as individuals and together was absolutely beautiful. Winter is such a strong heroine, what she had to go through, seeing her overcoming her trauma and developing her feelings and trust was heartwarming. Nicoli reminded me of a big bear because of his protectiveness and loyalty. He was so sweet and caring with Winter, I adored him. He was completely lost, not knowing anymore who he was and it was amazing to see the process of finding himself again.I loved the secondary characters too, especially because they added the humour and the importance of being part of a family. The Romero brothers (Rocco, Frankie and Enzo), Sloan and Cocco play a part in the plot. It was great to catch up with all of them. Frankie has his own POV and it was a great surprise. I can’t wait for his book! We even get a new dog friend, Tyson, who Nicoli found and adopted in the mountains. I would have loved to see more of him though.This is a mafia book, so expect action and blood. Midway it slows down but be ready for the last part!I highly recommend this book if you enjoy mafia and action plots with a strong heroine and a very protective hero.

Bloody ell!!!! I absolutely loved this book. I loved their story, I couldn’t put it down. From wanting to murder the characters myself, to rooting for them all the way through. Beautifully written. I’ll go to sleep now a happy lady. A must read!!!

I enjoyed this book as much, maybe even more than the 1st book.... There is so much action in this book, I loved that this author let's you into the mind of other characters besides the main characters..... I really hope we get more from this series....

I love Rocco and Sloan (book 1 characters) but I loved this story more. I adore the bond shared between the brothers and I absolutely loved the way the three Romero brothers were there for Winter and Nicoli time and again.Enzo and Frankie's personalities have me curious. I would love if the twisted sisters decide to write their stories too.

Dark, sexy and addicting !I loved it ! The first one was an enemies-to-lovers. Not this one.I fell in love with Nicoli , he is sweet, brutal , dangerous and so hot. Book Boyfriend material.Winter is strong , fierce and savage , I loved her.They were an explosive but touching couple and healed each other.The plot was interesting and enticing. All the characters are endearing.. I can’t wait to read The story of Franky and Enzo.The romance is sexy, steamy and appealing, with detailed scenes and a perfect writing.I highly recommend this series.

It was a little too much alpha-male/"Do you know who I am?!"/'the "Romero" name striking the fear of god in everyone who hears it' for my liking, but I pushed through it. Overall, the plot was interesting, I just wish it didn't have all the cliche mafia behaviors in it.

As soon as I finished Beautidul Carnage, I knew I wanted to read Nicoli's story. He was a strong character in that book and seemed very protective. He didn't disappoint in this book in that regard.Nicoli was very protective of Winter even while he was so proud of her strength.Winter had such silent courage, and her connection with Nicoli was soul deep.Reading their story and what they needed to go through to get their HEA kept me turning pages.I have a feeling Enzo and Frankie might be in for their own HEA in due time.I read on Kindle and read along on Audible and enjoyed how the characters were portrayed.
