Came in a small box and is not super heavy, making it possible for me to assemble it over my bed by myself! After opening very quickly it was in its full shape!The combination of softness and smell drastically improved my sleep! I feel like I am at a hotel bed! It is soft to touch and give my back all the support I need for a great night sleep!I love to sleep with blankets but it usually makes me feel very hot overnight, whit this mattress topper I am able to sleep cool and cozy all night long!Very good quality and it fits perfectly in my king size mattress!Super recommend!!

Product arrived with no issue. I always use a pad like this, but my dog sadly peed on my last one. Waterproof protector didn’t work! So I got this one and it was a great price for a Cali king! I let it breathe outside of packing which was airtight. It was as good of quality as my last and I put it under my waterproof pad and sheets. Very soft but not overly squishy. Definitely makes the bed more comfortable!

BEWARE! Description does not mention that it will smell like lavender. I got the 2-in and it's very comfortable but the smell is too much to handle. It says that it can't be washed (only dryclean) sooo I'm hoping the smell will lessen quickly. It is comfortable tho.
