This dongle is compatible with jio, BSNL and Vi Sims. That is the main plus point. Battery life is reasonably good. Opening the back cover and placing the sim needs some skill. A very good product launched from Amazon once again.👍

Worst product sell by Amazon that too named as amazon basic. Amazon, This product will destroy your fame and reputation. Despite of looking at negative reviews i made my mind to purchase this product only bcz of name of the product. But guys dont go for it, it doesn't work at all. It is just waste of money. You will regret after purchasing it. Within hour after setup initially, its signal lost. It took almost 2 hrs to get wifi back. Again i set it up and used but same issue occurred. Its worst product. 1. No battery back up 2. No range, within 10meter range only your signal will be lost 3. I managed to make it full charge several time in duraion of 2 days of purchase and it gets switch off within few mins like 10-15 min 4. Buy it on your own risk

Truly Plug-n-Play. Works in roaming. Works very well if the mobile signal is strong enough. However, if the mobile signal is bad, it misbehaves and often hangs. You may even have to reset it manually to make it start working again. The web interface to log into it is rudimentary, feature-less, and not very user-friendly. For example, if there are many sms messages to be deleted, you can do it only one at a time. The range is good enough. Battery life is satisfactory. A plus point if you don't want to use your phone's hot-spot for some reason. In short, not a bad bargain at its price.

Very nice, BUT, sometime when connect to charging and WiFi is OFF, it becomes confusing to guess whether the WiFi is ON or OFF because of the indicator lights, If possible introduce small Basic LED screen to give more clear indications regarding the WiFi & Signal statuses, becoz remembring what Color indicators signify is not always posible.

1. Easy to configure 2. Battery life looked good initially (~6 Hrs) but after few months, the battery is draining quickly (~3 Hrs). 3. The indicator lights are not functioning as described in the product manual. Specifically, charging LED and network LEDs are malfunctioning all the time. 4. Not showing the SMS messages in the webpage 5. Data usage shown in the webpage is not useful because there is no way to see them per day 6. Doesn't look worth for money in any means

1.No charger comes with this product. 2.No proper gudelines or instructions given 3.Led display is minimised to just three...no block like display of battery to know the status of the battery...No increasing or decreasing display for the wifi and range..just an Led will blink.. 4.Above all my device is not getting fully charged even after hours of charging. When I remove the charger the red led starts blinking to notify the battery is about to die.. Didn't expect such a pathetic product from Amazon basics..I bought this avoiding the jiofi m2s which I used for years in order to get a universal sim slot..but now I regret my decision... And it's not returnable but only replaceable..i felt like I am trapped ... Both Amazon and appario retail should attend this concern and allow me to return this cheaper product with a refund

Works brilliantly providing internet access when we're away in our home. I bought a Airtel sim card preloaded with 24gb to go with it, which was on offer at the time. We had great signal all over India just putting it near a window. Wifi connection is fast and stable. Great purchase.

Product does work but Suddenly the lights start blinking and there is no internet connection. The guide doesn’t have any troubleshooting steps. Very very average quality product. I checked the sun card and it was working fine when the internet got cut off. Somehow behaves weird. Not very satisfied
