False selling - should be banned from Amazon
Firstly, it only works on an Xbox by connecting via audio cable. The Bluetooth receiver will not work. Secondly, it will not connect to a mobile device using normal Bluetooth. You have to use the receiver. Which is not what the instructions state.This item and seller should be banned from Amazon for false selling.

Excellent sound, mic reasonable
Bought this a spare wireless headset. Value for money is awesome sound quality surround, battery, connection everything amazing. However its not Bluetooth to xbox like it says (hardwired to controller) and mic is reasonable, not top notch hence 4 star not 5.Edit: (Hence star change from 4/5 to 2. Having owned this product for 5 weeks now, and only used about 4 times, (Only charged the intial charge), I purchased it with the stand also, so it has basically been sat on a stand, and used for about 12 hours in 5 weeks, I picked it off the stand yesterday evening, and it just split in half on the top (support brace!) So very VERY weak design, it hadn't been dropped, placed anywhere except my head (which isn't massive) or the stand. May have just been a flawed one off, but really not impressed how poor quality that was. Return team were perfect though, so have returned awaiting refund.

If you have Xbox don’t waste your time
Fits nice and comfortably and is easy to use but it just won’t connect to my console to save its life, when I plugged in the wire to talk to my mates the mic would echo with no resolution to fix it so if your on Xbox. Defo give it a miss

It doesn't work
the site said it was compatible with xbox, but the device does not want to connect with the game 😒 🙄 😕Says it’s compatible with the Xbox when it’s clearly not. The Bluetooth wireless disconnects after five minutes. When it is wired in it still disconnects. The microphone doesn’t work. Can’t believe it’s got 4* reviews. I’d give it 0 if I could.

What a waste of time
I thought this for my partner as he broke his headset.It looks great with the lights and headset is comfortable.But why lie saying it’s comparable to Xbox? It won’t even connect to the Xbox.If there was 0 stars I would give it to them! Very disappointed with the false advertisement and will be sending it back asap!!!!
