Safe Scrub Bug & Tar Pad

Just keep it in soapy water the whole time your cleanin and it doesn’t scratch. Barely need to use any force at all! I let it soak for about 15 minutes but I do that to be safe.

Does as advertised. Quick, simple, and very effective. I own a auto detail business and this is a time saver.

This product works great to get bugs and tar off of your front bumper, mirrors, windshield, etc. It is a pretty hard material that requires to be soaked in soapy water for 5 minutes prior to use, do not skip that step. Works great and needs little pressure to do what it’s supposed to do. Only thing is that this sponge did seem to hold in some heavier material (construction grade hard foam) and In doing so scratched the paint pretty good on the vehicle, so with caution it works but be careful as to what you use it on. Of course that comes to user error

I had someone give me one a number of years ago that worked at a dealership. All that he said was that "it cleans bugs and other stuff off without scratching the paint. Just be sure to use plenty of soap"... so I tried it on my black truck at the time.... took off the junk that was stuck and no scratches when used with plenty of soap.So needless to say my original one was falling apart and I had to figure out where to get one--- and I did. Simply put I have tried many other solutions to get bugs or other "road hazards" that have decided to cling onto my cars for deal life... all other methods have required too much work or in the end actually causing scratches in the paint.This pad/ sponge is as you can say "the bees knees" as far as getting crud off of your car. Use plenty of good car wash soap and clean it often. Eventually it will start to disintegrate which for me was the edges became rounded and bits of yellow end up getting left behind.

Works great

This sponge takes a lot of the hassle out of getting stubborn bug stains off of your car. Just make sure you throw it in your wash water as it states while you're doing your initial rinse and it'll be ready to go when it's time to scrub. Do not recommend putting too much force behind it as it is really not necessary for the sponge to be effective. Using this sponge in conjunction with keeping a decent coat of wax on the nose of my car has really taken a lot of the nitty gritty work out of keeping the car clean.

THis is rock hard until you immerse in warm water. Not sure if i should use it on paint, makes me nervous! So i just use on windows and side mirrors/bumper. Removes all the bugs. But you can get it for cheaper price at Home Depot under the brand ‘scrub daddy’
