Even though this is good product but compared to ORS in a SACHET from generic medical shop, this is far too expensive and not cost effective. Only difference is that it has probiotic, vitamin C, and zinc sulphate added (compared to ORS) which is not so significant. It has 88% carbs which is mostly sugar in different forms. ORS has 62% Big open powder packing - easily forms lumps overtime. ORS comes in one use sachet. VERY EXPENSIVE (almost double) compared to simple WHO ORS from generic medicine shop. CONCLUSION - Buy single use ORS from generic shop instead!

This is by far one of the worst electrolyte powders I have ever purchased. The taste is absolutely horrible and makes it very difficult to consume on a regular basis. Even worse, I found an ant inside the powder, which clearly shows that there was no proper quality check or hygiene control during packaging. For a product priced at ₹599 for 100 servings, the quality is completely unacceptable and does not justify the cost at all. At this price point, basic safety, cleanliness, and decent taste should be the minimum expectation, but this product fails on every level. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. I will never purchase this product again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying.

After cycling through a bunch of pre-workouts (high caffeine is the only key ingredient in them which I prefer to get from my Starbucks americano) I found this cheap alternative to keep me going through strenuous aerobic workouts. My running intervals are longer & I still have a lot of energy left for sprints after. Your body doesn't retain most of the BCAA's or other amino acids from supplements during workouts. It's the work you're putting in & the diet that adds any value. So substitute this for those pricey no-good supplements. Trust me, you'll be better off.
