Great quality and it’s Effective
This Fit great! Not too heavy and works well with my hair mask I use; I feel as it helps absorb the product into my hair. The cord on it is long enough for me to plug in and chill on my bed!

First of all, the outer appearance is beautiful. I immediately gravitated to it. I love this particular brand and this type only it is high-quality. It does not look like low quality and it just looks like a professional tool for at home hair care. I love it so much I bought a back up

Defective
Finally received my hair spa cap. It doesn't work...well it kind of works. Settings 1-8 NO HEAT (none, notta, nothing), not even luke warm. Setting 9 heats up for about 2 min, then it' stops, again, no heat. 10 works but I'm not sure for how long because it gets so hot it'll turn your brain into a fried egg. I'll be returning it. Needless to say I'm sooooo disappointed. I've never done this but you get no stars. 🙄😮💨😪 Well ain't this a blimp, I can't post my review unless I rate it with a star.
