I love this procduct, because it is easy to make, tastes good, easy to take with you wherever you go and, most importantly, it tames hunger cravings. I am an intermittent faster and I drink this every day hot. My favorite flavor lemon ginger. One pack each money dies the job for me. It is pricey but it well worth the price.

This product traveled with me out of the country and on those long hot days I added the powder to water and had plenty of energy. Highly recommend!

I do like the product but I hate the delivery time it takes, one time I never got my product . Had to reorder and it took over a month.
