Great product..very quiet..great power...love it!

Love mines, everybody loves it asks how much, having fun I can go pay my bills run to the store, I have a trailer to buy groceries, but Walmart won't let me go to there store with it hooked up together sad cuz that's the reason I bought trailer, but I bought 2 lg locks ropes so I can lock it up outside of a store but am afraid that it will get stolen

I have several acres and a long driveway. This scooter really moves on the paved drive so it's easy and fun to ride down to my mailbox. I find myself making excuses of things to do so I can go out and ride around.I purchased this scooter as I was tired of feeding expensive non-ethanol gas to my riding mower so that I could get around my property quickly. Also riding mowers are bad for the environment. They're also noisy.As can be seen from my photo, I have rigged a 2 wheel hand truck as a trailer which I can put on or take off as needed. Not only does this scooter carry my 215 lbs but also can pull a 7.5 lb trailer with some small tools or a trash bag destined for the trash can on collection day - and it will pull it all while also going through grass which is helpful when I need to work on a fence, etc.My only complaint is the lack of information in the manual. For example, why are there 4 rows of green lines for the battery indicator? And if you turn the key all the way on, the front light goes on. Is that the only thing this setting does? I appreciate the several tools that were included as well as the cute tire pump, but why all the tools? The only one I used was the mid-size Allen wrench to put on the basket. Made me wonder if I was missing something.I have found, for me at least, the safest way to take off is to put one foot on the running board while keeping one foot on the ground and then slowly turning the knob on the handlebar to make it go - which reminds me - I couldn't figure out how to make it go (78 and never been on a scooter or cycle!) until my granddaughter showed me the small area on the right of the handlebar that turns and "gives it the gas". Something else that could've/should've been in the manual.However, those complaints are minor, and I will state that I love my scooter!

the tire blew out

First let me say this scooter will make you feel so happy. It's a perfect thing to get to spend time with family and friends. We have been having so much fun. We all ordered from here BUT as you can see, the one I received ( second scooter) has no white design on the foot area. Everyone else's does. And also I didn't receive a book. Second, my friends handle bars are taller, tires are bigger and she has a design on the front bar. There are alot of inconsistent things with all of them even though we all ordered from the same place but if you don't mind it, that's great.Double cheeker seats are a must, the ones that come with it are super uncomfortable. It takes 4 hours 30 minutes to charge, head light is so bright. No tail light, got one from Walmart along with seat. Cup holders are bought on Amazon. Do recommend. But let me say, the breaks are NOT good on mine. And SO loud. Also the brakes are way different feeling on all of them.Please think about getting a helmet. I actually didn't have one and I got pretty hurt. But it was fun it goes about 21 mph 😅 it is a little slower on hills but if the battery is low, expect to do a little walking up hill to help it along. For reference I'm 175 pounds. If you aren't going over alot of hills the battery life will last alot longer. I really love my scooter. I do recommend if you are thinking of getting one, please do. It's helped my mood.

The media could not be loaded. Everything was fantastic at first! This product came quickly and it was extremely easy to assemble and it was fully charged! I rode it ONE time to work (exactly 2 miles from home) it was a fantastic ride, very comfortable, fun, safe, easy! HOWEVER…on the way back home . I was super happy with bike for the 1 st day then I lost keys 🔐 couldn't find any where upon reaching out seller they send me another key I was super excited to start my ride I went for 4 miles all good after 4 miles it's not moving and battery 🔋 showes full I captured shared in the vedio when I got home I had to push it up my driveway. So you are telling me after 4.6 miles of use on a full battery going literally straight down one road that it’s dead?? The advertisement said it can go up to 20 miles with one charge!!!!I thought ok, it just needs to be charged, even though there was one full bar left on the battery power indicator light. I decided to try and plug it in anyway but when I did, it didn’t charge at all! The instruction manual says that the light will be red at first and then it turns green when the scooter is fully charged. Mine NEVER turned red at all. It was only green, however the scooter never charged!! Sad part is I need pack again and resend it I don't even have ride to drop it off 😞 . Very veryuch sad literally waste of time

The Scooter was delivered earlier than scheduled. Tires were fully inflated and the battery was at 100% charged. Very easy assembly as I only had to attach the basket to back of scooter and affix seat properly. While going over bumps at high speed, the seat does not provide any comfort. It is okay sitting down on seat if you're traveling on smooth surfaces minus bumps.Only problem I had was with the delivery company Fed-Ex. On said day of delivery, Fed-Ex showed up at my residence to deliver scooter but I could not hear delivery man at my front door due to being a deaf person. Unbeknownst to me I had no clue that I had to sign off for the delivery in person when I had ordered this scooter. So Fed-Ex left without leaving my scooter.The scooter was out for delivery the next day from the local Fed-Ex facility at 4:00am, so I waited outside by my front porch until they arrived for delivery 12 hours later.It's a really great Scooter....but you really have to wait all day at home if you want it delivered as Fed-Ex doesn't drop it off at your home without item being signed off.
