By the time I just start to reap the benefits of the coldness, it's gone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty "cool" item *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on 22 December 2022* I am glad I got this for myself, I've used it several times. I bought it in anticipation of getting my latest Covid booster because I usually get horrible headaches after the vaccine. It is actually so cold coming out of the freezer I can't put it on right away or it feels like it's going to freeze my eyeballs haha. I have to let it sit out for a couple minutes before putting it on. It really does help relieve pain a lot for me. It is far superior to just a cold compress or an ice pack, since it wraps around your entire head and face - an interesting sensation that is very soothing. It is so relaxing after I put it on that I usually fall asleep. The interesting thing is that even after it has warmed up, the mild compression sensation on my head and face continues to feel comforting and relaxing. I usually end up sleeping with it on for hours as it acts like a face/eye mask as well. If you suffer severe migraines you may even want to get a second one to switch out as it warms up- it doesn't actually stay super cold for very long, but for me that hasn't been a problem, I get only occasional headaches and this stays cold long enough to relieve it (especially in conjunction with an Advil).
