I love the sharpness of this blade! And did a number of clipping sessions on our Scottish Terror (Yes, Scottish Terror, not a typo.) Works much like a regular blade, but it cannot be sharpened. Considering the cost of sharpening and the initial cost of a metal blade, I will continue purchasing ceramic blades by this company. Fits and works perfectly on my Oster A5 clipper, and is compatible with Andis clippers as well. And Halley gave it a rating of: 4 paws up and a tail wag!

They cut through my dogs fur with ease. Wonder oyster 76 blade. Would recommend for anyone that cares for their fur babies.

The clipper blade which came with my Andis clipper was much to fine dog hair. The new blade works perfectly for the wooly hair on my dog. Great, I love it, delivery was quick also, Thanks.

I have never previously been able to trim my poodle in one pass with a #7 clipper blade. It took me less than half an hour to body trim my large standard poodle, one pass, light touch up. That's a great deal for me, specially since I could buy about eight of this bade for one commercial grooming session. I'm not sure about sharpening the ceramic blade, but I bought three spares for the price of a sharpening of a steel blade. Tell me where I'm going wrong.

I’m a professional dog groomer/stylist with more than a few years of experience under my belt. I’ve been described by master groomers and customers as “very good.” These blades SUCK!!! They don’t fit on any clippers very well at all. They came overly oily, gunked up my clippers so I had to buy new ones, and they don’t cut very well at all. Don’t waste your money, folks. Andis or Buttercut are the way to go. If I could give these blades negative 5 stars, I would.

I am gauge illiterate. I don’t know a 5 from a 10 when needing to know the length of my dogs fur, so the sizing was wrong but very durable.

This blade did not fit my Oster A-5 clippers and the inner blade is made of plastic. Oster blades are made of all metal and they last forever; I guess you get what you pay for. I don't want to give this blade a very low rating, because maybe it works on other brand clippers, but if you have an Oster A-5 or if you want a blade made completely of steel, I recommend you avoid this one. I had to return it. Amazon's easy return policy gave me a refund

What you see advertised on Amazon is not what you get. Not ceramic. No printing on the blade at all . So you have no idea what it is . Will not work with andis and is dangerous as the blade is improperly made and will pierce the skin of your pet . Totally dangerous. Totally garbage. Do not get this blade.. Spend the money on a proper blade.

I've been using steel blades for my poodle for a long time. I used a new wahl steel blade on my wahl rasor and didn't like the length of the hair so I used the 5FC ceramic blade after. It cut like butter compared to the new steel one. There was a huge difference. Love my new blade!
