Got this to replace former kitty city pieces that had started to tear and wear through. Cat loves this tower and lays in it all the time. This material was different than our original set which was more like nylon, this is softer and more like a fleece material. Cat loves it still though, glad they seller these pieces separately to keep the toys refreshed.

I had an old version of this, and it lasted for many years. This one is even better. More Velcro and sturdier nylon. I will be getting more to make a "castle" for my cats.

I ordered replacement parts for my KittyCity as the cats had worn out the originals. The nice thing for humans is the set is very light and easy to move for cleaning. It is like giant tinker-toys and you can wash the platforms, houses etc. What can I say? The cats love it.

I love the new color. The bottom not being felt is great. The old one stained my carpeting. The one cat that loved the old one won't touch the new one but the other cat that wouldn't touch the old one loves it!

I tried several times to email the customer service link with an issue on the top scratching pad coming apart on the sides. I never received a response from them.

I've done these put it together yourself cat trees for years. The nylon wore very quickly and I made my own out of old sheets and pillow cases for the longest time. These are much sturdier and I think will hold up a very long time. Happy with my purchase.
