I bought this in september of 2023 and put 27849 miles on it. I greased it regularly, and when I cut the boots off to look at the joints there was plenty of grease in there, no water or rust. Complete garbage is what this part is - it's been going bad for at least 10k miles and went south today to the point I could barely steer. Not even 30k miles! Use was mostly highway. I used to trust Moog - but 27849 miles ago I replaced my entire steering linkage and lots of front end parts with all moog parts and this is last of that junk to be removed and thrown away. End links sucked, drag link sucked, u-joints sucked, track bar sucked and this tie rod sucked.

Note that ES800983S is also needed to connect to the drivers side tie rod end (ES800594) which is also needed to form a full tie rod that connects to this piece (DS300043). Good quality it seems but less one star because there are no instructions and it took some searching and trial and error to figure that out that there’s a required missing piece that will now add a few days to my install as I wait for it to arrive. Also box arrived damaged, which seems common shipping heavy parts, but far as I can tell the part itself was ok.
