My boyfriend and I really like this neck massager. It's easy to maneuver to different spots and control the pressure you want. You can even press it against the back of a chair or couch and get even deeper. The balls are smooth which we prefer over the ribbed style. If you have long hair make sure it's pulled up otherwise it will get rolled up in the balls and pulled out. It also doesn't roll smoothly up and down. You have to place it and then squeeze the handles together. At least, that's how we do it.

This tool lets me work the knots in my neck with the perfect precision on location & pressure without making my hands get tired! this has a surprisingly good pressure, but you have to be careful to move both sides of the massager at the same time. otherwise, great

I used the similar product with 2 balls. This products with 4 balls is more effective because the 4 balls roll effectively. However, the handle is a little short. It will be better if the handle is 3 inches longer.
