Works on Hey Bike Mars 2.0
You will need to watch both videos, one on how to install and the other how to adjust the derailer. Amazon made me remove the links on my first attempt to write a good review. Just youtube Shimano eBike 7 speed shifter installation. It took about an hour. There is only about 1 1/2 inch of extra cable. The hardest part was adjusting the derailer without a bike stand. The replacement is a better quality then the original. If you are mechanically inclined, it would be an easy replacement..

Smooth shifting Feels heavy duty.
Nice shifting alot heavier then the shifter that came with my Aerial Rider Kepler Ebike. Feels like it was made of quality materials I only say this because of the weight of it. The only problem I was unable to use the cable it was to short to reach my derailer. So I used old cable. It would be nice if they offered different cable lengths. I just installed it so this review has no time length to it. June /27/2023. 4 stars because of cable length. And just an FYI if you need to change out cables put shifter to number 1 pull cable out and carefully slide other cable in and if the end is frayed get rid of the frayed end or you will not beable to install.

Get ready to buy a longer cable
I have no problem with the thumb shifter itself, it's the length of the cable that makes no sense. I have a small folding e-bike, so when some of the reviews said that in some instances the cable was too short, I thought that it might not pertain to me, but I was wrong. It was about 6 inches too short. I wondered, how many pennies could that manufacturer save by not adding on an extra foot of length to the cable. In the end, what ever I saved on the shifter, was lost in having to purchase another cable for $7
