This is one of the best inventions ever!! I have been using them since they 1st were available & I've continued using them ever since. I use them VERY OFTEN and have never been dissatisfied. They work just as described. This product is now a "must have staple" in our home that I will not be without.

I don’t use these over a direct flame usually had similar ones burn through. These are good for low flame gas burners or charcoal with mats a little off the hotter area of charcoal also use these in my smoker for smaller pieces of meat and cut these smaller for smoker. If you want to get longer life out of these don’t use over direct scorching heat. Good for slow cooking hamburgers in a smoker with bacon even sautéed onions and green peppers on grills with these so they absolutely are amazing for outdoor grills and smokers.

This is now the only way I will grill. You can reuse the sheets two or three times, there’s no mess on your grill, no scraping and cleaning of it, the sheets wash off fairly easily, but you must remember to turn the heat down to low if you’re Going to grill on a copper sheet. But it’s an amazingly simple way to get your grilling done quickly and efficiently.

I liked the sheets as they channel the grease to the edge, easy clean up and still left grill marks on the food.

As advertised, the pack included 5 mats and 2 basting brushes which is generous. I had an issue with what I thought was an inaccurate description, but that was quickly and professionally resolved!

Cut them in half and use in oven, grille and bbq. All fine and also dishwasher ok.
