Great supplement.

Seems to be helping with sleep

Depending on what you're looking for depends on how good you'll find these. You can't see in the listing, but on the box it says that a dose (of two capsules) gives you 187.5mg magnesium. It does include a load of B vitamins, but if you're after magnesium you can get supplements which give you more. I found the capsules easy to swallow - and a bit smaller than other capsules I've had before.

My GP has asked me to regularly take magnesium for a while, so I am always on a look out for a good manganese supplement. I have now been taking a magnesium tablet for more than 3 months and this pack contains about 2 months of magnesium for me as I take one tablet only a day. So far, I have been pleased with this supplement. No problem in taking them as they come at a good enough size and taste good too. After a few weeks of taking these tablets, I have started to notice a some difference especially I feel less pain in my fingers in the morning as compared to before taking these tablets. I think that this is related to taking these tablets. This is a good quality magnesium supplement that comes with almost 2 month supply, as I am taking 1 tablet a day. It is a good value for money product and I highly recommend these. Just check with your GP first in case of you are taking any blood pressure medicine as manganese could make them week so don't start taking them until your GP recommends them.

Works well in aiding peaceful sleep.

I have been trying to find something to give me a boost as so tired all the time with hypothyroidism and another auto immune disorder and I feel these are the best I found. I am 51 and believe me I have been trying for years for something to make a difference and I feel this is it. When I take one tablet after around an hour I do honestly feel more alert and have more energy.

Used for 1 month, felt no difference

Needed to use this product for a couple of months to note any difference in energy. I am still recording this. However I do feel somewhat better and will continue taking tablets.
