Great Drill!!! Exceeded my expectations!
I recently purchased this Power Drill Set and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. As an avid DIYer, I've to say that this one truly stands out, especially for its price point.Powerful Performance: The 21V motor packs a serious punch. I've used it for drilling into various materials (hardwoods, concrete) and it handles everything very well.Excellent Torque Control: It has 24+1 torque settings and they are a game-changer. It allows for precise control, preventing stripped screws when driving into softer materials and providing great power for tougher applications.Battery & Fast Charger: The battery really surprised me. I was a little bit afraid that it would last a few minutes, but it really holds a charge remarkably well, allowing me to complete multiple tasks without interruption. When it does need a boost, the fast charger gets it back up and running in a few minutes, which is a huge plus.Overall his Power Drill Set is an absolute winner. It's powerful and versatile. This kit offers exceptional value and performance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient electric drill driver.

A Great Start Set Drill
I've had this drill for 2 years now, it has saved me a lot of money and time. In 2 years, I've only charged this battery maybe once or twice. I've lost the charger, so now I gotta figure out how to charge it. But the battery is still running strong. It's not the most powerful drill on the market, but it gets the job done for just about everything I've needed it to. The wood and metal drill bits are not the best quality, but you get what you pay for, they will break rather easily though at least in my experience. The normal drill bits, the Philips and flat heads are perfect, never had any issues with them. The flexible extension is a life saver, I've had to use it many times and it truly helps. The glasses, I would not trust those at all, pick yourself a pair of reliable safety glasses because your eyes are worth saving. My only real gripe with this drill is the magnetic bit holder on the back, it is extremely weak and doesn't hold anything heavier than a few ounces. But other than that, this drill is a great starter set.

Seems to be well made—12V model. (Review has info on battery removal.)
I should probably have bought the 20V model. But the 12V model is compact and lightweight—suitable for the household tasks I'll be using it for.The rubberized grip fits comfortably in the hand and the weight is ok for an old geezer like me. The switch controlling the direction of rotation feels solid and doesn't get in the way. The whole thing seems pretty tightly assembled.I don't notice much difference between the high and low speed settings (the slide switch on top of the drill). The variable-speed trigger works as expected. No problems with the keyless chuck. It's been a long time since I bought a drill and I never had one with torque settings. Not much to say about that yet as I don't have experience with similar tools. The "clutch" mechanism continued to operate even when I had it set to the Drill position. I was driving screws into wood that had hardened over the years. I needed all the force I could get, even after drilling pilot holes. Even at the tightest setting the torque control operated as if it were on a lower setting. I don't know if that's working as designed. But it wasn't a bad thing—it enabled me to avoid damaging the screw heads.Three stars for now due to documentation issues. Assuming the drill holds up I will probably increase to four stars.Documentation issues:Battery removal (for charging)At least one other reviewer mentioned finding battery removal a bit confusing. For a while, so did I. This could be solved easily with a short note in the documentation showing how it's done:Press inward firmly on the two ribbed tabs on the battery housing. Eventually the plastic catches release, and the battery can be pulled free of the drill easily.Torque settingsThe documentation says nothing about the torque settings, which deserve at least a brief mention. In particular it should be noted that for drilling you turn the control all the way past "24," until you reach the setting marked by a picture of a drill bit.Battery charging before first useThe documentation recommends charging the battery completely before first use (it's charged partway before shipping). A lot of people don't read instruction manuals and if the initial battery charging is important for maintaining battery life, the recommendation should appear up front in the instructions. The manufacturer should consider making a sticker containing that info and attaching it to the front cover of the documentation booklet. Or even making a note of it on a separate slip of paper, included loose in the package.Spare battery?I would think it's possible to get additional batteries for this drill. If so how to order them should be mentioned in the documentation. If this isn't possible, it should be mentioned in the instructions, too. (You can get a spare battery for the 20V model.)Those things aside it seems to be a good product at a reasonable price, for light-duty household use.
