Hard but helpful
I'm a big fan of manuka honey, it's part of my diet. It's needed. Great to find 1 in a bottle to squeeze out as I tend to take too many scoops from a jar lol. The only problem with the bottle is that due to it being very thick, a lot is left behind and doesn't all move, maybe also cos its cold at the moment. I had to keep leaving it next to my kettle while boiling to soften it which was just taking up my time. I took a risk of putting it in the microwave for 10 seconds which brought it all down and gave the honey a bit more movement but does the heat kill the nutrients?
