True to size, easy to move, breathable fabric, good quality!
Used for 1 month, three times a week for both jiu jitsu and muay thai and still looks like newI'm 5'8 and my waist (defined as below my belly button where I wear the shorts) is 30 inches. I bought size 32 because I wanted extra room. The drawstring + Velcro can make it very tight. This also gives me the flexibility to bulk up in winter time.Women/Female: My wife has worn these shorts for a few classes, she's 5'2, 110 lbs, waist around belly button 30 inches and these fit her as well. They are longer on her, and she can still do kicks in them.Sizing: It's hard to go wrong with sizing because of the drawstring, there's flexibility. If you wear old navy pants, get the same size as you would there. The velcro is also added security to keep the pants snug.Durability: These shorts are very strong. I have performed kicks, rolled around and done grappling with these. I've had people pull on these shorts and they seem to be pretty resilient.Flexibility: I'm able to move well in these shorts. They do not restrict my movement.Washing: I've washed these in the heavy cycle in the washer and then thrown it in the dryer. They have not shrunk.Material : 100% polyester. They are lightweight and let air in. Martial arts is a sweaty sport and I like wearing this material.Brand: Most of my martial arts stuff is from the sanabul brand. In general they make good quality, affordable products.

Seem like nice shorts but not holding up. - UPDATED
UPDATED- Sanabul reached out and sent a new pair. No issues with the second one. They are comfortable and I am happy with my purchase. These shorts are comfortable and fit nicely. When I got them, I was surprised how nice they seemed.Unfortunately after only one easy session, threads are already coming loose at the seams. I couldunderstand it if I had been going hard or something, but I was really just working on form and already there are issues.

Great budget shorts for beginners
I’m new to Muay Thai/MMA and was looking for some inexpensive shorts to start out with as I didn’t want to invest too much off the bat. These were true to size, and for the price, these shorts are impressively comfortable and lightweight. The material feels thin at times, but it actually helps with being able to throw kicks more freely and they breathe pretty well on top of that. The only thing I noticed that I could say was a negative is that the draw string to tighten the shorts rests behind the velcro seal and if you tighten the string too much it can cause the velcro portion to pertrude out from under your shirt. This may be an issue if you ever decide to do any kind of grappling or rolling with these.I’ll be picking up another pair or two of these, as they’re pretty comfortable for everyday workouts.

Best all-around training shorts, plus the cheapest
Not only are these the best value, but the best overall product, as well. Sanabul is always a great product with best value, but I was actually suprised by these when they arrived. I use a variety of workout shorts and pants for grappling, cardio, Muay Thai and weight lifting, which usually necessitates different clothing for different functions. However, these have a tight and stretch-fit that makes them among my favorite for not only grappling and cardio training but for Muay Thai, as well. I wear about 33 inch waist and I bought the 32 they sell and it fits like a glove. I just ordered more to have them for every day if needed. These can be worn to the beach or for any normal activity, as welll. A phenomenal product and for twenty dollars it’s almost unbelievable. The only way I can imagine someone being unsatisfied is if they have a different build that causes them to order a size up or down, in which case a simple exchange will suffice

They aren't flexible.
The shorts are great, The design is comfortable, clean and colorfull. However, the material is restricting as it doesn't stretch. Besides that they are lightweight and feel okay to move in.

Great shorts for a great price
Rumor has it, these shorts actually make you better at Jiu Jitsu, now the caveat is that you have to train consistently. They are super comfortable and come with a thick drawstring to insure you don't get depantsed from those ornery black belts. Very durable, I roll multiple times per week in these shorts and they hold up to tough rounds, frequent washing, and a lot of sweat. Disclaimer: they don't prevent leglocks or make you any better at takedowns
