Best thing about the product is you will get all wires with good quality. Sound quality is good and suitable for BGMI. Pulsing lights are good and suits the headset. Mic is clear and noise free. Surround Sound feature is BEST for listening to music ( turn it off for gaming ). Worth It Overall.

I've been using these headphones for two weeks now and it is the perfect time to review this.I'll list the things I feel should be addressed.1. Good for gaming - The sounds are refined and you know where the footsteps are coming from.2. Fine for music also - Used them for my cycling trips a few times and they were enjoyable. I'm not an audiophile. But i listen to music quite often, thus I can say that I was impressed.3. Could have a 3.5 mm jack cable included in the box. I use the type-C because no headphone jack on my smartphone.4. The 7.1 Surround Sound is there but, it's a gimmick for me. It sounds like I'm sitting in a theatre though.5. No brainer buy for gaming enthusiasts on a budget of 5k. It's a complete package for me.

The headphone is not working and its left part is fully shut down there is no sound, also mic is not working properly
