Pictures on description are not the "zero-bezel" version, is this monitor really the zero-bezel as described?

The zero bezel models are glass to the edge. There is a border about an inch wide around the edge which does not respond to touch, but there is no plastic covering the edges. If you aren't used to the feel, you can inadvertently touch the edge of the responsive area with your thumb or palm when repositioning the monitor to turn it toward yourself. They work pretty well, but anything striking the edge too hard will break the screen/glass.

Does it support touch-function on Windows XP?

Great responsive screen for a pos system. Make sure you install the drivers to get the full settings and calibration. You can also turn off the touch sound in the driver settings.
