For what I use it for it's durable enough I won't have to buy it again. the magnet is a little weaker than I expected. It's big enough to hold all the screws that come out of electronics. It is worth the money. Although it's not ment for a shop setting.

I like the quality and the concept of this silicone magnetic tray. It does keep screws from sloshing around a bit, but the magnet is too weak, in my opinion. I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable using this tray in awkward mounting positions like working on a car, etc., for fear that the screws or bolts may fall out. So, it kind of defeats the purpose. I will keep them, but they'll be relegated to being on my garage's workbench.
