It was broken and rusted.

Not bad!
I ordered 2 sizes, one of which had the metal rim blackened!! But the other one had bright gold metal border. Verrrry delicate so had to be extra gentle with it, some of the hinges were rusted so its not something you can open and close frequently. It was a gift so hoping that it fares well !
