best mouse ever
It was an awesome touch of greatness but painful the price went down after my purchase. Maybe i should have saved 20pounds to add another one.

No need for thumb buttons on both sides of the mouse
wireless/wired/rechargable battery functionalities are great, mouse is highly responsive and accurate and keeps high functionality when you increase the cursor sensitivitybut for the life of me i cannot understand why the designer put two thumb buttons on both sides of the mouse, human beings only have one thumb per hand - if you are either left or right handed your ring finger will still be resting uncomfortably on the side buttons and also accidentally press them sometimes.connsidering the price of the mouse i would expect the best standard of ergonomics possible

Ordered Late feb - Now Late May - Faulty!
So it was a nice mouse to replace a HP Omen Mouse which was £20. So for a value of £40 for Alienware, i would expect it to last longer than 3 months! My HP mouse lasted over a year, also went the same way. Shocking. Ordered another, because i need a mouse!

Like someone else used it.
I bought a new product, but it looks like someone else used it. The marks are obvious.

Too noisy.
The mouse works fine and the Alien head has many lighting options, but this mouse is without doubt the noisiest mouse I have ever owned. It is awful. Very cheap plasticky/metallic clicky noises when using the left & right click buttons, and also the two side buttons, but even the scroll wheel noise is poor with a terrible sound which is much like an 18th century wooden ship creaking whilst sailing on the high seas.Using this mouse is very annoying. Absolutely dreadful.I've ordered a replacement mouse, and it isn't an Alienware.
