Ok it taste bad but I’m not to worried about flavor it’s the push it gives to workout it makes you hit your goal/endurance the only thing if your not working out you get itchy other than that it does it’s job I do 2 scoops normally

Good flavor, this is favorite my to take this before my leg day workout, it definitely helps to get the endurance I need for an intense workout.

I liked that it had a good taste and it just made you want to drink more of it

Great pre workout for the price, the taste is extremely sweet, but very palatable, also very effective for and energy boost and getting you up and going if you aren't wanting to go to the gym because you are tired.

So I think this product was great for stimulating me and getting me ready to go on the gym. I had sustained energy throughout my workout, when I wasn't in the bathroom. It reminded me of a product by another company years ago, as it was a great product for training (like this one is) but you wind up having to stop your workout fairly often. I guess it's better if you're a heavy meat eater, then it's you're other than. I'm considering getting it later in life, but I might have to change my diet first to include heavier meals to avoid the aftermath of consumption.
