Needed a replacement for a lost foot on my 3 legged thing Winston tripod. The threads on the original feet are 1/4” but, there is also a 3/8” to 1/4” adapter threaded into each leg. Why? I assume so they can use the same foot throughout their range of tripods. Unfortunately, I lost the adapter along with the foot so, I decided to eliminate the adapter. These feet are slightly larger than the original feet, which always seemed a bit too small for the Winston, which is a pretty beefy tripod. The quality is very good. The rubber is compliant without being too soft. It holds tightly to the spiked post and takes a pretty good tug to pull off. I am really happy with these and consider them an upgrade to the strangely engineered, one size fits all original feet. When you figure in the cost of shipping from England, this three foot set is about half the cost of a single replacement foot from 3 legged thing. That is if you have prime shipping. No regrets this is a great replacement with benefits

Screwed right in to my Benro Mach3. Had the original fall out. Going to blue loc tire these ones in.

Zu Erhöhung der Standfestigkeit bei schwierigen Verhältnissen und im Gelände ist es eine sinnvolle Ergänzung des Stativzubehörs, passt bestens mit den Dichtringen bei wässrigen Bedingungen, wobei die Bohrung der Spikes ein ordentliches Festziehen mittels passendem Stift (nicht mitgeliefert) ermöglicht. Die Kappen lassen sich allerdings sehr schwer abziehen. Insgesamt aber sehr ordentlich.

Lot de 3 Pieds pour trépied photo, adaptable sur vis 3/8 (innorel, Gitzo…) L’ensemble est très qualitatif, la partie en caoutchouc se retire pour laisser place à des piques, idéal sur sable, neige, terre… Les pieds possèdent un joint, ce qui permet d’éviter de les dévisser involontairement et de réduire la pénétration d’eau. Il y a d’ailleurs un jeu de 3 joints supplémentaires.
