Impressed with ladder.
The sturdiness is what I was worried about and with 3 wild boys at play it is holding up really well, it’s easy to install and we are very pleased!

Perfect.
Works perfect in our DIY pool. We added a board on our deck to allow the ladder to fit in our 2' deep pool. It helps my mom (almost 70yrs old) to get in and out easier. Looks great and works great. Husband installed with his drill in just a couple minutes.

Had it installed by a professional and the ladder is not sturdy at all
This product is very cheaply made. Had it installed by a professional and the ladder is not sturdy at all. All of the black non-slip rubber pieces fell off and are all gone. Even after correctly installed, the ladder is not safe to use. it feels like it is going to break off at anytime.

Good but weld broke after two years to the mount.

Nice ladder to replace the plastic ladder that was there
The rubber step pads come off or away from the step during use ,Can be fixed but keep coming up and after a week in the pool the bars that connect to each other show some rust marks I’m not sure if it’s the bolts holding it together or the tube/bar itself rusting

Garbage. No better than the stuff that comes out of China
This is a piece of junk. I had for a couple weeks I had for a couple weeks in the pool and already in the pool and already the black rubber things have came off every step I thought this brand would have been A halfway decent brand. No better than the things that come out of China . And the much cheaper . I will never Will never buy anything again from this brand for anything to do with my pool . Is it weather for putting together and to take a part I would send back.
