If you're using a dmx app like Luminair, make sure set your ipad or iphone to allow local connections in the Setttings->Privacy/Security area. Spent 5 hours trouble shooting before I figured that out. Also, the video in the reviews is wrong: you cannot have the same IP address on the same network.

Needed a few of these to use with QLC+ lighting software and some DMX light fixtures. THey work exactly as I'd hoped! Each one of these units can convert an entire universe of DMX to ArtNet, or vice versa, and they run solid! Configuration is a breeze on the LCD, I couldn't be happier!

Works fine. I have bought 4 of these over the last 5 years. One has died. The other ones are still working.

bought to replace a much more expensive unit that broke. works as described. configuration was easy and performance has been rock solid. no issues after 6 months. highly recommended if using to run light shows with ethernet -dmx. will buy again if just to have a standby or create another universe. priced right!

I had to return it. It is not easy to set up at all. I followed the instructions and every video, and it never worked! Three days of being driven out of my mind was enough. Sent back for a full refund, it never worked! 30-year veteran in lighting, sound and performance!

Using this for a small setup on a single universe. All I had to do was configure the IP address and Artnet>DMX direction and I was up and running with QLC+. This is a no brainer and glad I took this path instead of choosing a USB-DMX adapter.
