After 6 month one battery damaged and not working

Product is good but Memory card and Charger was missing from the package. No feasible solution from Amazon customer service.

Didn't receive dual battery Case and 64GB Micro SD Card as mentioned in the product description and Products Picture Gallery. I need a replacement product which consists of both dual battery Case and 64GB Micro SD Card.
