Great iron at a great price. I am a quilter and I had the Oliso and the Panasonic and both died on me. I had used this iron at a retreat and was impressed, and I didn’t want to spend $100s of $, I bought this one. It gets nice and hot and produces abundant steam. Very happy with it.

I wasn’t familiar with this brand of Iron, but I decided to give it a try based on the reviews. Right out of the box, it impressed me. This is my first iron that has an LCD display. I plugged it in and the display made it easy to set the iron to the correct setting. This is a very nice feature. After I started ironing the difference was immediately noticeable compared to irons that I've used in the past that were 1200-1500 watts. The 1800 watts causes the temperature to remain consistent and it adjust smoothly for each type of fabric. It has a solid, comfortable weight, excellent steam output, and is very easy to handle. I also appreciate the rubberized grip when the iron rests on its heel. It has automatic shut-off for when you may forget to turn it off. Overall, I highly recommend this iron. Now let’s see if it stands the test of time!

This iron heats up pretty quick. It's simple to use. It has all the options you'd want it to have. It does not leak like most of them. It's a little heavy but that doesn't bother me. It takes the wrinkles out really well. It's a powerful iron.

This is a really nice iron overall. So much nicer than my old one. It was time to look for a new one. The price is right, the steam features are nice, the look and feel is solid , the digital LCD screen is great. Now, the part that makes me feel like I wanna send it back every time I use it. The darn safety features. I mean, I totally understand what they're there for. But, it's crazy that I'm literally using the iron in a "ironing motion" and it'll beep at me and turn to "pause" mode? I'm constantly battling with the iron to stay in the on position. You either have to completely tip it upright, or shake the crud out of it to convince it that you have it in your hand. I found the easiest way to deal with the constant beeping is pressing the heat level up, or down button when it goes into pause mode. Even then it only takes like 10 seconds, even if you're moving the iron before it starts beeping and pausing again. I'm sure if I sent it back and got any other new one on the market today, it would have a similar situation. So, I'm just dealing with it. Nice iron otherwise though.

This iron is incredible ! It heats very quickly . It’s super clear to read . It is self cleaning . It takes regular water which I filter through carbon but it will take tap water . It has the most perfect weight for an iron that I have ever used . Not to heavy and bulky but not so light that one needs to work at the task of ironing . The steam is always ready . The water tank holds quite a bit of water which is clearly seen through the plastic . The water cup that comes with the iron to fill has a wonderful deep narrow spout making it basically spill proof to fill the water tank which by the way has a perfect cover and placement for a no brainer refill . The iron shuts off when it is supposed to but heats right back up with no noticeable waiting time. I love the size of the iron . The tip is confirmed to fit in small spaces without leaving a mark . The heat is spot on for different materials . And this iron develops no sticky buildup and glides like new racing skis across freshly fallen snow . I actually looked for all my linen tops to happily iron . I iron twelve linen shirts and several cotton shirts with one water refill for steam . Don’t not hesitate to buy this iron !! I realy have ever ironed . I always had build ups in my irons . I always seemed to struggle with ironing in more wrinkles in my shirts and just quit figuring it was my fault . Get this iron as you will feel like a professional from the get go . It is such good performing iron and it glides so easily yet you feel like your always in control of what your doing . It’s stable and cuts out all repeat ironing since it is so well balanced and heats so evenly . There was no dripping of water and no extra steam spots of wet material . This is the fist time ever that I will be ironing my linen shirts all the time without the anxiety of sticky build up from horrible irons of my past . This iron is just beautiful to use in every way including its appearance . I haven’t been this excited about an appliance since I bought my kitchenaid that fits everything in its three racks . There is nothing better that a well designed appliance that just works as it should and can create a chore into a joy ! Do not pass up the chance to buy this iron. I hope they don’t change a thing on it . And the display is easy to read . And the handle to iron is great for smaller hands . If you have arthritis you’d love this iron supplement nice the handle and handling of this iron is “ just right “. The Beautural is beautiful and rightly named !

Bought this 15 months ago and it was working better than any other iron I have ever had, including those which were much more expensive. It recently stopped working and flashed an error code and wouldn't heat. I contacted the company and they said it was within the 2 year (yes 2 year) warranty period and, I gave them my mailing address and in two days I received a brand new iron. I can't say enough good things about their customer service and I can highly recommend the iron. I iron about 2 hours every week and it has worked flawlessly. I think I may have used it more than the average person (in today"s world), but I love that it heats quickly, and that the flip up over the water resesrvoir remains upright when it's not being used to enable it to dry inside. I love this iron. I was skeptical because it was not a niche brand. It's perfect, heats up quickly and has all the top features, steam, 8 different settings, for safety auto off when left alone to long.

I've owned this iron since 2020, and it's been great. I've used it on almost every fabric type it has listed on it, though only up to a dozen times per year. It can occasionally sputter and spit slightly, but this isn't a major concern in practice. I ended up getting a separate dedicated steamer for gentler uses and travel purposes, but for ironing I'm very pleased with this purchase. It's much better than the two older, simpler irons I used prior, with clear temperature indication and more consistent steam output. It also feels safer to use. The internal water reservoir doesn't vent well, so it's difficult to get rid of leftover water/moisture. In practice, this doesn't seem to have caused any issues, however.

Love this Iron ! Attractive, quality, weight is good, like all the settings, easy to read and use, put to use several time's outcome great, good shot of steam. Satisfied with purchase.

After only 4 months of use, it stopped working and shows error code ERR2. It has completely failed. I do not recommend buying it.

I buy this iron 25 February I ironed two time and it’s give me aero ERR2 I don’t know how to solve this problem now feel disappointed

I recently bought this iron and I am very happy with my purchase. It heats up quickly and removes wrinkles easily. The steam function works perfectly and makes ironing faster. It is lightweight, easy to handle, and gives smooth results on all types of clothes. Very good quality for the price. Highly recommended!
