Q: Where is this product made?

Hi Traci, the bottle is made in China, at an ISO certified manufacturer. The product was designed, developed, and tested in San Diego, California. We are a family owned business with a love for homewares that are both beautiful and functional. 😊

Q: Does it have cap for the spout? Olive oil needs to be stored airtight. If it doesn't, very disappointing for the high price. Reviews detail problems.

This item does not have a cap. We have used this style of oil dispenser for years with no issues; perhaps we just use the oil often enough not to run into issues with the continued quality of the olive oil.

Q: Can I order a replacement spout? We dropped ours as soon as we got it, it still works great but the spout is bent. Would love to order a replacement

There’s no air hole on the outside of the spout (as with a typical oil dispenser), so dish soap is very slow to pour. do you offer a different spout?
