Tangled mess
Careful when you open, cut the ziptie while your hand is thru the loop, or they will get tangled and lose half of them , don't tug on the ball or it will rip off.

Nice, but holy bleep was it tangled
They seem like pretty nice party favors. However, I have never seen anything as tangled as these were. I had to cut several of them to detangle it.
