Great puzzle and took about 1.5-2hrs to make. Took my time and had some wine while doing it. Only thing is the lampposts which are the last thing on it are super flimsy and got to be careful. Love that it lights up!

Awesome wood puzzle. A little bit difficult compared to their others due to some paper like material to soften the light. Looks awesome. Loved the build. Lights function awesome. Just have to be patient. I do use super glue on some of the parts to make it easier while building.

Very small, delicate but beautiful when lit. Advice: While you're here, go ahead and get yourself some Beacon Advanced Craft Glue 3-in-1. Apply in small amounts. It dries fast, clear, and if you have attention to detail, nobody will be able to tell that you broke some many pieces in the process. Trust me, with these wooden puzzles, it won't hurt to have a bottle on hand.

We purchased this for a centerpiece for our father's 90th birthday, he's a drummer of course. Had our grandson assemble, and he did so will minimal effort. Instructions were easy to follow, quality appears to be excellent (time will tell) and I would guess age 8 on up would have little effort assembling.

My 14 year old son loved this, it challenged him and kept him busy, it is delicate, but beautiful when finished and the lights make it next level! We highly recommend!

This was the second time I had worked with wooden puzzles (we know who the plastic guys are) and now I am hooked. Let me start by saying that I am considered an elder. I do a lot of table and house decorations, and have been involved in the Bonsai world for over 20 years. Not wanting to bring the real items inside, this seemed like an inexpensive and fun way to have a display. I was delighted with the outcome. The only negative was that there was no display stand. Not a problem with me as I already have a collection to choose from at the ready. I'll be on the lookout for more bonsai and hope they will be developed.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my adult nephew. I wanted something not expensive. He likes to build things like the very expensive Legos. He really liked this gift. It is made of bolsa wood. You have to punch out the pieces.

Was cute but a lot of pieces broke when removing from base plate

This puzzle isn't the hardest. The pieces are laser-cut into bass wood and are easy to snap out and assemble. While they've listed this as 14+, I think this is an easy project for children in the 10+ age range, assuming they're careful. The smallest parts, adding the tiny nails for example, may require some help, but otherwise I think this is a great pass time for many ages...adult included!

good quality, use your own glue

This build was actually quite pleasant. Instructions were easy to follow. NOTE glue is required as per the instructions and you will need more then what is in the kit. As always these models have small and fragile pieces and the tabs should be sanded before assembly. Lots of spares in case you break something. Also includes a piece of clear plastic which requires you to shape and cut out for the windows. Take your time and you enjoy the experience.
