These are great. Thwy aren't too expensive, and do the job. They are more secure feeling than i expected based on price. Definitely recommend. The long story: Ordered a mini split. Probably should have gotten a full DIY kit... but didn't. So mini-split install was easy enough. Reduced heating costs over winter and surprisingly low cost to run. But .. had lines outside from the units. I couldn't stand how they looked and we get some very strong wind out here, so I wanted to put a trim over them. Stopped at lowes, to be told they don't carry trim for this... which is kinda crazy as these are so popular. Anyway saw these and ordered. They work perfectly. Very easy to work with. The joining pieces (couplings i guess), are made to screw into the wall... so the pieces fit very securely together. Because the pieces are 2 parts screwed together, I was able to install without disconnecting anything I'd already done. And because pieces are joined so close, it's just very very secure. I do wish there was an option for longer pieces and for those, I guess some metal to hold it down and screw into wall for the same secure fit. And I wish more color options were available. Gray would have been amazing... but i can always paint them. All in all, the kit was perfect. Ordered one per unit as i have a multi unit set up. Took about an hour to get even done (trim not mini split... mini split took a whole weekend). Just needed a drill, screw driver or screw driver tip for the drill, a level to make sure everything was straight. I did use some longer screws than the ones provided in a couple spots. But that was due to the tension at one point in the lines. I just wanted to ensure that was secure. Note: installed mine against vinyl siding.

Worked great for my MrCool. Painted it the color of the siding, I don't know how long the paint will last or adhere time will tell. No instructions but easy to figure out. I would buy again.

The Cover kit came without instructions but after laying out the parts it was easy to figure out and took about 20 minutes to cover up 10 foot of line set with 2 90

Product seems of good quality , BUT, the flexible section of covering is NOT split, meaning you MUST install this part over freon line set, if you want to use BEFORE making connections to a/c unit!!! The rest of system is separated meaning you can install AFTER you have hooked up the freon line set, like most of us do. Why make a cover set that is meant to cover line set after it is installed but then put a part in that must be put on before the line set us installed. I needed to use the flexible section on my install and had to slit that section on the back to install over the line set ,like the rest of the covering sections are 2 pieces, so you can install on an already installed lineset. Someone wasn't thinking when designing this package. But other than customizing this section ,the rest is of good quality, NOT flimsy.

Worked very well for my mini split install. Took pain well so it was same colour as house.

Though I used this kit for interior (different purpose - read below), it was fairly easy to use. The kit came with all the parts, screws, brackets etc. I recently added a wholehome water filter/softener unit. The challenge was that water main was a bit of way from the installation spot for this new unit. We had to run 3/4" line from water main to the unit and then another 3/4" line back to feed into the home water lines. Since some of these water lines were in a exposed area, I needed something to cover them up. This kit was perfect and large enough that I was able to add some insulation for the pipes. The kit covered up the pipes nicely and blended into the ceiling. Overall, a good value for the money!
