Swiffer Sweep + Vac Cordless Vacuum Starter Kit

This product started out ok... for the first couple of months it worked well and served its purpose. I only used it during weekends and my place is not that big, so at first it was fine. However, after a couple of months I started noticing that the battery charge lasted next to nothing... and after a couple more weeks it basically stopped charging and holding battery charge altogether!! This is ridiculous and maddening! How can a product like this have such a short life-span!I contacted the seller for help, but their "canned" response was weak and extremely frustrating! They basically washed their hands off of any responsibility and claimed that you can only submit a help request within 30 days. I wasn't necessarily looing for a refund because I still need something to clean with - at least some guidance on how to deal with this issue or how to fix this piece of crap would have been better! But no, they are happy with SCAMMING YOU out of your hard-earned money. So buyer beware for something better... this swiffer vacuum is crap and not worth it!

Was very unhappy..... probably justMy luck. I bought one because I used my daughters at her house and really liked it. So decided to get one but my Walmart and Target had none. So I ordered it online. Only worked for a couple of days before it really didn’t wanna work at all. Verry disappointed

They are very light and easy to use everyday to keep the floors clean. I have a big vacuum that I could use on the tile floors....but it doesn't get into the small spaces or clean next to the wall as well and it is heavy. I clean my tile floors daily in the morning....takes about 20 minutes just to run the swiffer vacuum everywhere. The charge is only around 30 minutes so it is perfect for me. The filters are expensive but I always have my big vacuum plugged in in my extra room....so I just empty out the big dirt from the plastic filter holder....take out the filter and just use my big vacuum's hose attachment to suck all of the dirt from the filter. When you clean daily or more than once a week and clean the filter like that it will last awhile.

What a waist of money! The build quality is so terrible! This thing barely got through one cleaning. I could suck up more with my mouth and a straw than this POS vacuum could! Spend your money on a real vacuum and a real mop, or at least a better mop/vac.

I got this for my Nana when she transitioned from carpet to hardwood floors over the winter, so far it works good, it's kind of a pain to clean the little filter and change the Swiffer but all in all it is a decent product, she likes it because it's easier than sweeping, but nothing like a roomba we may breakdown and buy soon!

Bought this as a gift for relative who has a dog. He is thrilled with it now that he doesn’t have to take out a broom, dust pan & brush daily to clean after dirty feet & crumbs around the dog dish. I love mine after the grandkids visit!

I have a really bad back so I thought this light weight floor cleaner would be easier than a full vacuum. I have had this item in the past and it worked great. This one does not perform well suction is very weak

I recently put LVP in my house and this sweep Vac has been amazing!! I use it every day and know that my floors are being cleaned. It fits underneath my furniture and the bag less filter is easy to clean. I love that it’s cordless!! The only thing I would like to see them change is where the power button is located. Right now the power button is so close to the handle that I keep shutting it off as I’m cleaning. I think it would be better lower and on the backside of the product.Definitely recommend!
