One of the best pre workouts I've tried and I've tried many. I like that it has l theanine in it which helps you not feel jittery from the caffeine. I take 2 scoops instead of 3 because for me it's too much caffeine and still does a good job giving me a lot of energy and a good pump. The tropical taste is not bad either the others taste a bit more artificial. It has decent amounts of citruline , beta alanine and creatine.

I've tried a lot of different pre workouts from popular name brand ones to the random unknown non-label ones and this is the best by far. It's expensive in my opinion for what it is, but you do get what you pay for. The levels of the various active ingredients are pretty high, better than most, so it is decent value for money in that sense. It is less caffeine dependent than most formulations so you get less of the jittery, headachey buzz and crash of other products. It delivers a nice clear alert focused workout after about 20 minutes. You do get a bit of the signature alanine tingles but nothing escessive if you're used to it. It gives a good pump and helps to push through those challenging workouts or early morning sessions we all dread. I'd recommend using sparingly for maximum impact and to not get to acclimatised to it's ingredients.

Goût excellent. Donne vraiment le coup de fouet. Perso ça me fait de l'effet sur les longs entraînements 2h 2h30. Pas d'effet de chute de caféine après l'entraînement. Il est indiqué 3 doses pour 400ml. Je mettais 2 doses pour 500ml ça suffit largement.

Fantastiche, sapore molto buono e nessun effetto strano dopo l’assunzione. Secondo me è ottimo Il prezzo del prodotto è l’unica nota negativa
