This is a very basic "spinner" overhead luggage that will fit over your seat on an airplane flight. The inside has a fabric divider panel which separates into two separate sections if you want to divide your contents of your stuff inside the luggage. You have the option to unzip that fabric divider if you DO NOT want the divider, which will allow you to PUT MORE STUFF into the luggage. The fabric divider has lots of pockets with a zipper if you want to put odds and ends like body care, shampoo, toothpaste etc into it's own zippered section.It is very basic but reasonably priced compared to other similiar 28 inch "spinner" overhead luggage.There is a wide selection of colors and the gold color I bought was "true to the website photo" and a realistic presentation of the color, when I opened up the box and looked at the spinner for the first time.It is easy to maneuver. I don't fly on airplanes very much. I use this 99% of the time to carry grocery shopping home on the subway or bus/public transit. I use it every day to put stuff in when I am doing errands and dont want to get stuck carrying a heavy purse and tote bag. It is very easy to use, functional and utilitarian. Well manufactured and durable. I have only used it for a few weeks - so I cannot vouch for how well it holds up over one year. I bought the EXTENDED WARRANTY because I noticed in the past that the wheels on these "spinners" frequently grind down and wear out if you use it on a daily basis for grocery shopping to put heavy stuff in during errands. The EXTENDED WARRANTY did not cost much and I noticed in the past the wheels grind down to a nub within one year. The extended warranty for up to 3 years after the manufacturers warranty expires seemed like a good investment. I never, ever, ever buy extended warranties on cars because it usually turns out that everything that will break after the manufacturers warranty expires is deliberately EXCLUDED from what is covered in the extended warranty. I think I spent around $10 approximately (more or less) to extend this warranty for 3 years.If you are using this on a daily basis to lug around heavy groceries, it is definitely worth an extra $10 bucks or so to extend the warranty for three years - those spinner wheels on luggage are far too easy to grind down to a nub!

I needed a suitcase that would fit Amtrak's size restrictions and this one is perfect. The zipper holds up to tugging and a very tightly packed case. I've banged it around a few times and it holds up to that well. It isn't perfectly flat at the back and you can feel the poles for the extending handle, but I can't imagine that's going to be a real problem for anyone. The lock works as hoped and it's a good weight and rolls nicely.

Light weight easy to roll. Love that it expands. Been through several trips and still looks great, not scratches or dents.

Positive Updated Review: Now that I am home, I took a better look. The picture I took was NOT at all the finish chipping, but from a tag I had not torn off well.There were lots of marks from transporting which I was able to easily remove with water and a kitchen brush.I found this luggage to be able to hold up very well.Sorry for the 1st review. This is a great little suitcase. It was perfect for carry on, fit in the overhead bins for Air Canada. I used it on a trip to Italy, rolling it through the streets of Venice, Florence, and Rome with no issues at all. The wheels took quite a beating in their stone roads and held up! I thought it would be a miracle if it survived the trip, but it did. I highly recommend!

Love the color & style. No odor inside it. Very durable & still looks new after several trips. With a push of a button the handle extends for better control & maneuvering of it. Durable wheels that make it easy to wheel around. Even in grassy/dirt terrain. The size is awesome. With the extra zipper it expands it by several inches. No sitting on it to close it up. No need for another bag. The separation partition is great for giving extra protection of items like souvenirs or shoes from clothes. This is a great item. Now I want one in blue or purple, too.

I had to five flights in six days. I flew frontier and American Airways and both of these airlines took my bag as a checked bag no problems managed to pack six days worth of clothes plus so much extra in this bag. It was easy to use. It was easy to wheel around the airport. Getting it through TSA was no issue. It fit in the overhead compartment with no issue. I was really happy with the quality and the style of it so that my husband can use it for myself. I also like the fact that I could put my feet up when I was at the airport waiting. It was easy to roll around on two wheels or four the handle went up and down with ease. The handle on the side was a great addition, along with all of the pockets in the inside and the clips. The lock worked fantastic. When I did have to check the bag on the last flight. I did that because it was cheaper not because I had to.

I’ve gone through dozens of suitcases over the past 10-15 years. They rarely seem to last more than 2-3 trips, then the zippers break or the walls cave (from low-end luggage purchased online to Samsonite, Away, and Tumi, they have all failed me). I purchased this a few months ago last minute as a cheap additional piece to help me move out of state. I bought the copper/bronze color, because I like something that stands out on the carousel; it is somehow ugly yet also strikingly appealing. It fit an incredible amount of stuff (this one ended up weighing 68lbs on the trip), and it was so easy to identify at baggage claim. The wheels were smooth, and with this heavy piece burdened with a large duffel on top, and dragging a second suitcase with it, the maneuverability made the heavily-laden treks easy. I’ve used it on multiple trips since, and it has held up well. This has become one of my favorite luggage pieces.

It's not even been a 2 years and zip started malfunctioning and body of the trolley got many scratches. I want a customer number to talk with and get my trolley fixed.

Trolley was locked. Tried but not opened. Even no support document for this. Look wise fine. Immediately return as no support received.
