was recommended this item by my lactation consultant. I paired this with another supplement and changed my pumping schedule. I went from undersupply of 20-26oz a day to 2-3 3.5 oz EXTRA bottles a day. I am very thankful for this supplement. I just mix this with my body armour and go about my day. no weird aftertaste. very happy with this product. I saw results in the first week with an extra oz and by the end of the month i was oversupplying.

I have trouble getting over the taste of the vegi ...
I have trouble getting over the taste of the vegi glycerine, but the effect does seem more whole than the tinctures made with grain alcohol. I'll use this again without hesitation, as long as I keep in mind that I should mix it with something!
